The location is fabulous.. wonderful views.. however it is an older home and is not handicap friendly.. and definitely not

for wheelchairs.. there are some stairs.. and narrow doors.. 

       Watch for the large green patio wall on 

                                                                                                                                                                              the hill.. with Open Studio banner on it..                                                                                                                                                                                last 1/4 mile is dirt road.. for easier                                                                                                                                                                                          parking than up at the house..
